🎉 Dill Dinkers – Blanco Market 1‑Year Anniversary Pickleball Tournament
Come celebrate the 1‑year anniversary of Dill Dinkers – Blanco Market with a special tournament designed for players of all skill levels, from Beginner (2.0–2.5) to Advanced (4.0+).
This event is our way of saying thank you to the members, visitors, and guests who have made our first year so special—while also welcoming new players who have yet to experience Dill Dinkers.
🏓 Event Overview
(Format subject to change based on registration numbers)
DUPR‑rated tournament.
Doubles play only.
Space available for up to 10 teams per division.
Players are encouraged to register with a partner.
Need a partner? Register and list your partner as TBD, and we’ll match you if possible
Brackets may be adjusted to balance divisions. Our goal is 8–10 teams per division
📊 Rating & Eligibility
4.0+ Division: Requires a DUPR rating at or near 4.0 to register.
All other divisions: May register using either a DUPR rating, or Self‑rating and/or player history (if available)
🎮 Match Play & Format
Each team is guaranteed 5–6 games, depending on final registration.
Pool play format will be determined after registration closes and may include:
Two pools of five teams, with the top 2 teams from each pool advancing to medal play,
OR
Round‑robin format, where all teams play each other once or twice and the top 3 teams receive medals (Gold, Silver, Bronze)
⏱️ Scoring Format
(Final scoring and timing determined after registration closes)
Pool Games:
Games to 11 points, win by 2
OR
12‑minute time cap, whichever comes first.
Medal Matches:
Games to 15 points, win by 1. No time limit (may change depending on how many teams register and time)
💰 Pricing
$40.00 for one event
$10.00 for each additional event
Example: Two events = $50.00
