Saturday, December 12th (Any Age Gendered Doubles)

• MORNING: Women's Doubles Skill: (3.0 & Under), (3.0) | Men's Doubles Skill: (3.0 & Under), (3.0)

• AFTERNOON: Women's Doubles Skill: (3.5), (4.0) | Men's Doubles Skill: (3.5), (4.0)

• EARLY EVENING: Men's & Women's Doubles Skill: (4.5 & Above) [Non-DUPR Reporting]

Sunday, December 13th (All Mixed Doubles Divisions)

• MORNING: Mixed Doubles Skill: (3.0 & Under), (3.0), (3.5)

• AFTERNOON: Mixed Doubles Skill: (4.0), (4.5 & Above) [4.5+ is Non-DUPR Reporting]

Additional Information

⚙️ COMPETITION FORMAT

• Structure: Round robin into single/double-elimination bracket play.

• Minimums: Each division requires a minimum of 4 teams to run.

• Note: Brackets will be officially released the morning of each respective event. The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify formats, combine divisions, or shift times based on total registrations.

⚖️ REGISTRATION & DUPR POLICY

• DUPR Integration: This tournament is fully integrated with DUPR. All players must have a free DUPR account (register at mydupr.com) and link it directly to their Pickleball Brackets account to complete entry. All official matches will automatically upload post-event.

• Team Registration Rule: This is a team event. Partners must register and pay within 5 days of the initial teammate's sign-up, or the team will drop to the waitlist. If you don't have a partner yet, sign up as "Need a Partner" to link up with others!

Refund Policy

❌ REFUND POLICY

• Full Refund Window (Until Friday, December 4, 2026): Withdrawals on or before our official closing date receive a full refund of registration/event fees, minus the non-refundable platform service fees ($5 for 1 event, $10 max for multi-event).

• Late Withdrawal Window (After December 4, 2026): No refunds will be issued after this date as final brackets and timing schedules go into active generation.

• Partner Substitutions: Injured or conflicted partners can be replaced for free up to 2 hours prior to your bracket's scheduled start time, provided the sub matches the division's skill and age constraints.

Inclement Weather Notice: Because we are an indoor, climate-controlled facility, this tournament is completely weather-proof and will proceed regardless of rain, shine, or snow!
