Players must sign up as teams, which can be men, women, or mixed. To start, we are allowing for 18 Beginner teams, 18 Intermediate teams, and 6 Advanced teams. All skill levels are split into two groups, ages 5-59 and ages 60 + . If one group fills up quickly, we will adjust these limits within the objective of having approximately 50 teams. A Round robin format will be used for each group, with a goal of having teams play at least 4 games. All proceeds go to Center for Hospice Care and the Boys and Girl Club of St. Joseph County.

After registrations are complete, the tournament director will divide the teams into groups, which may be pools with a playoff, or separate age-based groups. The schedule will be announced at least two days before the event. Event start times will be at 8 AM, 11 AM, and 2 PM.

This tournament is a fundraiser for Center for Hospice Care and the Boys & Girls Club of St Joseph County. Players will have the option to make additional contributions at the tournament.

Snacks, drinks, & a swag bag are included with the registration. Food options will be available to purchase.

Medals will be awarded to the top 3 places in each event.

Since this tournament is a fund-raiser, no refunds will be made.
