Get ready for an exciting day filled with thrilling matches, friendly competition and a vibrant pickleball community. Here's a description of everything you can expect at the one day tournament.

-Check-in-

Upon arrival you will proceed with check-in and also receive a goody bag, tournament schedule and any additional information needed.

-Warm up area -

1-2 courts will be set up near the courts, allowing players to prepare and practice their shots before matches.

- Tournament format -

Round-Robin format , ensuring that all participants have a opportunity to play multiple matches 4 games guaranteed ( 1 game to 11 win by 1)

- Officiating & Referees -

Qualified referees will be on site and ensure a fair play and resolve any disputes that may rise during the tournament.

-Spectator Area-

Family, friends, and pickleball enthusiasts are encouraged to come and support the players. A designed spectator area will provide comfortable seating and an excellent vantage point to enjoy the matches.

- Food and Refreshments-

A variety of food and refreshment options will be available to keep participants and spectators energized throughout the day. From healthy snacks and beverages to delicious meals.

- Awards and Ceremony-

At the end of the Tournament there will be a award ceremony taking place to honor the top performer.

Here's a general breakdown of the divisions you can find in the pickleball Tournament :

- Beginner Division -

This division is designed for players who are new to the sport or have limited experience. This is a great way to gain tournament experience and play against others of similar skill levels.

- Intermediate Division -

Designed for players who have developed solid skills and Knowledge of the game. This division attracts a mix of players with varying experience levels seeking competitive matches.

- Advanced Division -

Highly skilled players who have significant experience and expertise in Pickleball. Participants in this division developed a strong understanding of strategy, shot selection and advanced techniques.

No refunds, however we offer a credit for future tournaments should your schedule/ injury not allow you to participate.

Hammond Series Pickleball are outdoor events. If weather or other unforeseen circumstances occurs we will do all we can to play matches. Every situation will be evaluated on a case by case basis to determine how to move forward.

We understand the safety aspects of pickleball and we do what we can for you. There will be a first aid assistance with medical supplies and medical care.
