This tournament is US Senior Pickleball approved.

USSP members will receive a $10 discount off the registration fee and are eligible for points and prizes. Go to the USSP website listed above for more information on the points system. Round Robin format (skill/age) WITH playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze for skills 3.0-4.5+.

Final age brackets will be determined following the close of registration.

Players cannot play lower than their Self Player Rating or their DUPR Rating (USSP rating for USSP Players). Players may only play up in skill 1.0 from their profile rating. Tournament Director reserves the right to correct underrated players.

All paddles must be USAP sanctioned tournament approved.

Payment is required to register – Early Registration, Thru February 28th, 2025, $50+ ($15/event doubles), ($20/event singles). Regular Registration Mar 1st-16th, 2025 $60+($15/event doubles), ($20/event singles). Late Registration Mar 17th, 2025, and later $75+ ($15/event doubles), ($20/event singles).

Partner must register within 7 days or be moved to the wait-list.

Friday = USSP Men’s and Women’s Singles - 12pm start, All Ages Men's and Women's Singles 6pm start

Saturday - Women's Doubles, Men's Doubles - USSP & All Ages - Start Times will be posted on Mar 17th.

Sunday - Mixed Doubles - USSP & All Ages - Start Times will be posted on Mar 17th, 2025.

Sat and Sun Start Times begin at 9am.

Format:

ALL Round Robin with playoffs for Gold/Silver/Bronze. All games/matches are win by 2

Most Round Robins are 1 to 15 but may change based on the number of players in the event. If an event has 7-9 teams, round-robin matches will be 1 to 11 by 2. 10+ teams -multiple pools

Top 3-4 teams advance to the playoff if only a 1 pool bracket (All matches are 1 to 15). Top 2 teams advance to the playoffs for multiple pool brackets.

TD may combine brackets as needed to ensure quality play. USSP 50+ will not be combined with the all ages. 50+ players can choose to play either USSP 50+ or All Ages. USSP qualified players can play 1 event USSP, then play all ages other events if they so choose.

Tournament may close at any time if maximum daily numbers are met (even if some events appear to have openings)

We will be having an onsite coffee vendor this tournament, Ghostlight Cafe ghostlightcafe.com

All refunds will have a $10 Admin fee before Mar 17th, 2025. No refund of the Pickleball Brackets service fee.

No refunds after Mar 16th, 2025.

If an event is cancelled due to weather there will be up to a 50% refund.
