All events will follow a round robin format with double elimination playoffs to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists. A minimum of 5 games are guaranteed.
8 teams: 2 pools of 4 → Round Robin Pool Play → Double Elimination Playoff
Round Robin Pool Play:
1 game to 11, win by 2
8 teams divided into 2 groups (A, B).
Each team plays 3 matches.
Each game is 1 game to 11 win by 2.
Ranking is based on:
Match Wins
Point differential within the head to head
Point differential within the entire pool
Point differential against the next highest ranked team.
Playoffs:
Double Elimination (each game is 1 game to 11 win by 2)
Winner from group A vs 4th place in group B
Runner-up from group A vs 3rd place in group B
Winner from group B vs 4th place in group A
Runner-up from group B vs 3rd place in group A
Includes Winners’ Bracket, Losers’ Bracket, and Grand Final.
Teams eliminated after 2 losses. Teams that lose in the winners’ bracket will continue to play in the losers’ bracket. Teams that lose in the losers’ bracket will be eliminated.
Grand Final: The Losers' Bracket winner must win two consecutive games in the final to win the tournament, while the Winners' Bracket winner needs only to win one game to be crowned champion.
Brackets will be organized by skill level. Players can always play up but only .5 above (example a 3.8 player can play the 3.5 and the 4.0 Division but cannot play the 3.0 or the 4.5)
PAYMENT & PARTNER POLICY
To be confirmed in the tournament, BOTH partners must:
✅ Be fully paid.
✅ Have a registered and paid partner.
🚨 Players who are unpaid and/or without a registered partner may be moved to a waitlist if their division fills up with fully registered and paid teams.
