Score sheets with every round-robin match (except bracket medal rounds) will be given to the pool of players. Each pool will get their designated courts and continue to play all their matches without the need to return score sheets. Score sheets will be picked up by a tournament staff member and returned to the score table allowing players to have little down time.

As a result of this being a prize money tournament there will be NO REFUNDS. NO EXCEPTIONS

All start times are subject to change and events might be merged or split based on event registration.

ALL EVENTS WIN PRIZE MONEY. Payouts go to the Gold (1st), Silver (2nd), and Bronze (3rd) winners.

$25 from each registration goes toward prize money payout and $20 of each registration goes to the facility hosting the event.

Payout is based on the number of players registered in the event being played. All money from the played event will be split based on team standings at the end of the event. Payouts are per team NOT per player.

1st place team will get 55% of the payout

2nd place team will get 30% of the payout

3rd place team will get 15% of the payout

If all 8 teams (16 players) register for the event the payouts per team would be as follows:

1st $220

2nd $120

3rd $60

Payouts will be smaller for events with less player registrations.
