The schedule for this weekend is as follows:

Friday

4:00 PM-8:00 PM (FREE open play for all tournament players)

Saturday

8:00 AM-12:00 PM (2.5 Women, 3.0 Women, 3.0 Men)

12:00 PM-4:00 PM (3.5 Women, 3.5 Men, 4.0 Men, 4.0 Women)

Sunday

8:00 AM-12:00 PM (2.5 Mixed, 3.0 Mixed)

12:00 PM-4:00 PM (3.5 Mixed, 4.0 Mixed)

Please check-in for your events at least 30 minutes prior to start times to ensure that we can start on time. We plan on starting promptly at these times.

-Skill levels are the following: 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0.

-Age divisions are the following: 10-49 and 50+.

-HSHF Pickleball reserves the right to update consolidate divisions with less players to promote a more competitive field of players.

-The format is a round robin pool play. All games are to 15 and win by 2, with switching sides of the court when the first team reaches 8 points. HSHF Pickleball reserves the right to make adjustments to match length/format to optimize tournament flow and maximize play time for all players.  

-There are no referees. Matches are self-monitored. If a referee is requested, we will do our best to provide one.

-Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers in finalized divisions.

Early bird registration fee is $45 for HSHF members and $65 for non-members.

Normal registration fee is $60 for HSHF members and $80 for non-members.

Registration includes both gender and mixed events (on Saturday and Sunday, respectively).

(To receive the HSHF member discount, players must be linked to the Hot Springs Health and Fitness club on Pickleball Brackets. Check your linked organizations on your dashboard. Add Hot Springs Health and Fitness or contact Jen T Morgan or Mario Scheri to be added. Refunds will not be given if this is not done!)

-Refunds for withdrawals (minus a $10 processing fee) will be processed up until the final day of registration.

-No refunds for withdrawals will be processed after registration closes.

-Refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the tournament.

-Refunds for weather will be processed according to the weather policy.

-Bad weather or emergency reschedule dates are May 9th, 10th, and 11th 2025. A decision on whether to host play for each day will be made by 6 AM of the day of.

-If there is a need to reschedule events due to bad weather or emergency, the backup dates will be used to complete any unfinished events. If any events cannot be completed by the end of May 11th, a full refund (minus a $10 processing fee) will be processed for the events that did not take place. If players are unable to participate in any events due to both the normal and reschedule dates being bad weather or emergency, a full refund (minus a $10 process fee) will be applied for the entire tournament.
