Players will be issued a refund if they are unable to attend the division they signed up for and they notify the tournament more than three (3) days prior to the scheduled start of the division. You will be allowed to drop out the final three days before the tournament, but you will not be entitled to any refund.
If a division does not get enough players to run, players in that division will be offered the opportunity to play in a higher division if they want, or they can accept a full refund.
