The Amateur Slam is back with a bigger and enhanced tournament for 2024! Teams will compete for $25,000 in prize money and the chance to play against tennis legends Andre Agassi, Stefanie Graf, Maria Sharapova, and John McEnroe! The February 2024 Am-Slam will feature 64 teams (single gender and mixed gender teams allowed) and teams cannot have a combined DUPR doubles rating over 8.5. The top team from each group, 16 groups of 4 teams in each, will advance to a single-elimination bracket. The team that finishes second in group play will advance to a single-elimination consolation bracket. The winner of the main draw and the consolation draw will face off against two of the legends in a game to 11!
Entry fee is $150/per player ($300/team) and includes 3 guaranteed matches, Am-Slam gift bag, access to exclusive Pickleball Slam 2 merchandise, and a 10% discount on Pickleball Slam 2 tickets.
All teams will play on Friday, February 2nd and teams that advance to the Quarterfinals will move onto play on Saturday, February 3rd.
Tournament groupings will be made the week of January 29 and posted on this page no later than January 31st.
