***Our tournaments are open to both MEMBERS and NON-MEMBERS***
💥- We have Singles, Mixed & Gender Doubles brackets from beginners to advanced level and silver 50+
💥- All Scores will be reported to DUPR (All players must have or create a DUPR account to play!)
Registration Fee: - one time payment only-
💥Early Bird Until: $25 (01/15 – 01/28)
💥Just Missed it Deadline: $35 (01/29 – 02/02)
💥Really missed it: $45 (02/03 – 02/06)

FORMAT:
This is a pool - round robin format tournament, which means your teams will be added into a pool, and your team will be playing against other teams from the same pool. Depending on the size of the divisions, either all or some of the teams will come out of the pool to the playoff/ medal round (format: single elimination bracket). If you lose there, you will be eliminated.
This is a DUPR Rated tournament. All matches will be reported to DUPR to add to your rating. If you don't have a rating you will have one after this tournament. Please visit mydupr.com to make a free account. Then under the play tab search for ELITE. You then join our club.
We will strictly monitoring DUPR ranking for this tournament. The way ratings work is if you are playing in the 3.0 event, your rating needs to be a 3.0-3.49. If your rating is 3.50+ you can not play in the 3.0 bracket. If your rating is 4.00 you can not play in the 3.5 bracket. So on and so forth. THERE WILL BE NO GRACE. Please sign up in the appropriate bracket. We reserve the right to move you to the appropriate division based on your DUPR ranking reviewed 3 days before the registration is closed. THERE WILL BE NO REFUND if you withdraw due to DUPR adjustment after the withdrawal date (01/10)!
