Epic PBC Tournament
Tournament Description
The Epic Pickleball Tournament is an amateur competition open to all who wish to have fun and play pickleball. The event will follow a traditional structure, with brackets of six or more playing a double elimination format, matches played 2/3 to 11 win by 2 in the winner's bracket, and 1 to 15 in the loser's bracket. Brackets of four to five will play a round robin with games of 1 to 15 points win by 2, and brackets of three will engage in a double round robin also to 15 points, although brackets of three will be avoided if feasible. There will be no referees present, so matches will not be officiated.

Brackets may be split or combined by age groups and/or skill levels to create complete brackets.
All divisions require a registration fee which is:
Member - $30
Non-Member - $40
(early bird discount is available)
Amateur events are and extra $10 per event.
Open division- This is a money division, with an event fee of $25 per event. It applies only to WD, MD, and Mixed divisions. (Minimum participation is required)
Additional Information
Friday, August 16 - Men's and Women's Singles Divisions
Saturday, August 17 - Mixed Divisions
Sunday, August 18 - Men's/Women's Doubles
Start times will be available the week prior to Tournament start date.
JOOLA Gen 3 paddles will not be permitted for use in this tournament.
A trainer/Physical Therapist will be on site in case of injury or medical treatment.
Refund Policy
Refunds will be issued, no questions asked, up to the end of registration (minus transaction fees).
After registration closes, providing medical proof will ensure a full refund, minus transaction and service charges.
A general withdrawal following the close of registration will result in the forfeiture of the registration fee.
Once draws and times are published, no refunds will be issued.
Prize Money
Prize money will be awarded to top 3 teams in Open divisions for Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed divisions.
1st Place - $300 per team
2nd Place -$200 per team
3rd Place - $100 per team
Weather
The tournament will take place in an indoor facility and will proceed regardless of weather conditions.
Health & Safety
The club offers a selection of food and drinks, including a bar for enjoying a beverage post-game. You are welcome to bring your own snacks and non-alcoholic drinks to keep yourself energized.
