Get ready this November for an exciting weekend of competition, fun, and community at Epic Pickleball Club! Don’t miss the chance to participate in one of the most anticipated pickleball tournaments of the year. Prizes awarded in both Amateur and Open Divisions.

• Franklin X-40,13 Total Courts of which 3 Courts are Championship Sized.
Registration Details:
• Each player must register individually. Important:* You cannot register your team as a single entry.
• Both teammates need to create an account, register, and pay separately. All Players must have a DUPR account to register.
• If your teammate hasn't registered yet, select "Need Teammate" during your registration until they set up their account.
All signups will include a registration fee + an event fee as follows:
Registration fee:
Early Entry - Starting 09/22 - EPIC MEMBERS - $25
Early Turkey A - Starting 09/29 - $30 - All Players
Early Turkey B - Starting 10/16 - $35 - All Players
Early Turkey Tier C - Starting 10/27 - $40 – All Players
Standard Turkey - Starting 11/03 - $45 – All Players
Event Fees:
All Non-Open Division Events are an Additional $35 Per Event (Men's, Women's, Mixed).
Open Divisions are $65 Per Event of which $20 will be included in the Cash Prize Pool. This includes both the 10-49 and 50+ age brackets. We will also get sponsors for this event for additional Prize Money
Events: Men's & Women's Doubles & Singles (all divisions), Mixed Doubles (all divisions)

Each event will include the following divisions:
• 2.5, 3.0, 3.5, 4,0 and Open (4.5+).
• All skill division signups are also split into 10-49 and 50+ Smaller divisions may be combined.
• Larger divisions may be split by age. *subject to change depending on signup #s.
Format: Pool Play into Playoff Bracket
• All division sizes will start with round-robin pool play: 1 game to 15 win by 2. Larger brackets 1 game to 11, win by 2.
• Results from pool play will determine placement into either a playoff bracket (1 game to 11 or 15) and/or a gold and bronze medal matches which will be best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2.
• Final pool sizes and bracket sizes will be decided after registration closes.
*Format is subject to change as Director deems necessary, however 4 games minimum are guaranteed to all players, with most getting between 5 and 10 games per event* Matches will not be officiated.

* Brackets with 4 or more teams could take 4+ hours to complete, please plan accordingly.
