EPIC World Championship Qualification
• Winning team in each category receives a special qualification package for entry into the EPIC World Championship – Singapore Apr 30 to May 3. https://epicworldchampionship.com/
• Package details will be shared at a later stage directly with the winners.
Entry Fee
• AED 175 per player
• Entry fee includes:
• Court bookings
• Tournament operations
• DUPR submission
• Medals & prize money eligibility
Rules & Officiating
• USA Pickleball rules apply
• Players are responsible for their own line calls
• No external referees provided
• In case of disputes:
• Immediately contact the Tournament Director
• Tournament Director’s decision is final
Punctuality & Forfeits
• Players must be on court and ready at scheduled match time
• 5-minute grace period
• After 5 minutes, the match will be forfeited
General Terms & Conditions
• Picklers reserves the right to:
• Adjust schedules
• Modify formats
• Merge or cancel categories if necessary
• All terms and conditions are subject to change at the sole discretion of Picklers and the Tournament Director
• By registering, players agree to all tournament rules and policies
Pro Shop & Equipment
Picklers features a fully stocked on-site Pro Shop offering everything players may need throughout the tournament, including:
• Pickleball paddles
• Balls
• Grips
• Apparel & accessories
Paddle rentals are available on-site for players who require one.
Official Tournament Ball
The official tournament ball will be either:
• Franklin X-40, or
• JOOLA HC-40
Final ball selection will be confirmed by the Tournament Director prior to the event.
Food & Beverage
Picklers offers full Food & Beverage service throughout the tournament via our in-house F&B partner. Available options include:
• Coffee & specialty drinks
• Smoothies
• Sandwiches
• Light meals & snacks
Players and spectators are welcome to enjoy food and drinks before, during, and after matches.
