• 3.0 – 3.5 Men’s Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.0 – 3.5 Women’s Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.5 – 4.0 Men’s Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.5 – 4.0 Women’s Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.5 – 4.0 Men’s Doubles (50+)

• 3.5 – 4.0 Women’s Doubles (50+)

• 4.0+ Men’s Doubles (All Ages)

• 3.5+ Mixed Doubles (All Ages)

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours before the event may be eligible for a full refund based on individual situation, subject to approval.

No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds or credits.

All tournament play at Epoch Pickleball takes place indoors, so matches will be held rain or shine. No weather delays or cancellations are expected, and players should plan to arrive and play regardless of outdoor conditions.

At Epoch Pickleball, the health and safety of our players, staff, and guests is our top priority. Our facility follows clear protocols to ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for everyone:

• All play takes place on indoor, climate-controlled courts, protecting players from extreme weather and outdoor elements.

• Courts, restrooms, and high-touch surfaces are cleaned and sanitized regularly throughout the day.

• First aid supplies are available on-site; please report any injuries or safety concerns to staff immediately.

• Players are encouraged to stay hydrated—water is available, and drinks can be purchased in the Pro Shop.

• If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, we ask that you stay home to protect the health of others.
