Earn Tour points at every stop, just register and play. Finish higher to earn more, with bracket winners earning the most points. Climb the rankings to qualify for ERA’s Finale, <b>The Texas Showdown</b>, the season-ending championship featuring <b>bigger prizes, elite competition, and Tour titles</b> on the line. Our Bounty System adds an additional competitive layer to brackets by placing a bounty prize on the #1 seeded team. Knock the #1 seed team out of the bracket and finish on the podium to claim the bounty prize of <b>$200 cash prize</b>, or win Gold as the top seed the bounty is yours to keep it.

Bounty activation is determined per bracket and requires the following minimums:

• 16 teams - Men’s Doubles / Men's Singles / Mixed Doubles

• 12 teams - Women’s Doubles / Women’s Singles

We use DUPR to ensure fair and competitive play. Players are required to register for the division that matches their verified DUPR rating. The tournament director reserves the right to move players who are registered incorrectly, and all scores will be submitted to DUPR.

• 3.0 Bracket: 3.000–3.499

• 3.5 Bracket: 3.500–3.999

• 4.0 Bracket: 4.000–4.499

• 4.5 Bracket: 4.500–4.999

• Pro Bracket: 4.500 or 5.000 minimum

• Self-entered DUPR matches will be reviewed to prevent manipulation.

• If a player’s DUPR accuracy is below 60%, their placement may be adjusted at the director’s discretion.

• The DUPR rating at the time of registration determines eligibility.

• If you register outside your rating, you will be moved automatically.

• If you are moved to your correct bracket and then withdraw, no refund will be issued.

• Divisions with no early signups may be removed without notice — register early.

• The director may remove players found violating rules, including forfeiting prizes if necessary.

If you register for a doubles event, your partner must register within 7 days of your registration.

• If they fail to register within 7 days, you will be moved to the waitlist.

• Your spot in the main event is not reserved.

• Once both players are fully registered and paid, you will be returned to the main draw if space is available.

• If the event fills in the meantime, you will remain on the waitlist until a spot opens.

Substitutions are allowed but must follow official procedures. Registration spots cannot simply be handed to another player.

• Registrations are non-transferable; you cannot give your spot directly to another player

• The substitute must pay the required administrative/system fees

• The substitute does not pay the full tournament price

• All substitution requests must go through the Tournament Director

Refund Policy

Players who withdraw on or before March 1st will receive a refund of the amount paid, less pickleball brackets $5 service fee and a $15 processing fee.

<I>Example:</I> Player paid $95 → Refund = $75

There will be no refunds after the deadline — no exceptions.

If moved for incorrect DUPR entry and you choose to withdraw, no refund will be issued.

• 2.5 brackets need a minimum of 12 teams for a paddle prize

• Senior Brackets need a minimum of 12 teams for paddle prize

• Above payouts are for doubles events, singles event will be half the amount
