1. The deadline for withdrawing and requesting a refund is September 20th, 2025. Please note, Pickleballbrackets service fee of $5 is nonrefundable.
All refunds will be paid approximately 2 weeks after the tournament has ended in the form of a check.
Expenses for this tournament are substantial and that puts us in the position of not being able to provide refunds after this deadline.
2. THIS IS AN OUTDOOR EVENT! There will be NO refunds or credits due to weather. If event is unable to start due to weather, we will try to makeup the tournament on the following day. If weather is a factor, we will do all we can to play matches. There is no indoor back up plan for this tournament.
