The Exchange Club of Ridgefield presents their Fall Doubles and Mixed Doubles Pickleball Tournament.

The registration fee is $15.00 per person, per event.

100% of the proceeds will go to our projects:

- Appreciation Dinner for the Ridgefield Police Dept. and Award to the Police Officer of the Year.

- Appreciation Dinner for the Ridgefield Fire Dept. and Award to the volunteer and to the paid Firefighters of the Year.

- Small monetary award to the high school Student of the Year

- Contribution to the National Exchange Club’s Prevention of Child Abuse – Parenting Skills Center in Stamford (1 of 4 in CT) – it serves much of Fairfield County including Ridgefield

Registration is online.

Payment is by check made payable to The Exchange Club of Ridgefield. Send checks to Pickleball Tournament, Nick Percival, 79 Haviland Rd., Ridgefield, CT 06877.

Checks must be received by September 12th to guarantee a spot in the tournament.

Mixed doubles will be played in the morning and doubles will be in the afternoon. The specific schedule will be determined by the number of registered players.

Register by skill level.

After the first partner registers, the second partner will have 3 days to sign up for a guaranteed spot in the tournament. Players without partners after 3 days will be moved to the waiting list. If there are still spots available in the event, when their partner signs up, they will be moved back in automatically. Register early to assure you spot in the tournament.

RAIN DATE: SUNDAY, SEPTEMBER 22ND

Bring chairs, picnic blankets, a dish to pass and any thing you would like to drink. No alcohol, please.

Refunds will be available up to September 4, 2019

If both Saturday and the Sunday rain date are rained out, players may request a refund or a full credit toward a future tournament.
