The tournament events will include Mens Singles, Womens Singles, Mens Doubles, Womens Doubles, Mixed Doubles, Youth Doubles, Family Doubles and Mixed Age Doubles events. All events will be in a Round Robin format. All brackets will have playoff rounds to determine final standings.
Registration is $75 per person and $10 extra per event ($40 for Prize Money events). There are additional administrative fees charged by Pickleball Brackets ($5 non-refundable per event; max $10) and Stripe. If you are put on the Waitlist you will still be charged $5 per event whether you get into the event or not.
Junior Discount: Registration fees for juniors are $40, and all four junior events are exempt from additional event fees. Adults registering exclusively for junior events will also qualify for the same discounted registration rate.
Pickleball Brackets fees and Stripe fees are non refundable. Any player that withdraws prior to March 1st, 2025 will also be charged a $5.00 withdrawal fee. There will be no refund for any withdrawals after March 1st, 2024. Refunds for withdrawals prior to March 1, will be completed the week following the tournament.

The tournament is designed to provide a fair and competitive environment for all participants, adhering to a structured format and set of rules.
Events:
Division Merging: Divisions with one to three teams may be merged with another division at our discretion. We will ensure not to mix different skill levels and will avoid proceeding with a draw if there are fewer than four entrants.
Round Robin: Matches will be a single game to either 15 or 11 points depending on pool size. The target score will be determined based on the bracket.
Playoffs : These stages will maintain the Round Robin format, featuring a single game to 15 or 11 points win by 1. Gold Medal Match: will be best 2 out of 3 games to 11.
Junior Division Round Robin: The Tournament Director reserves the right to modify the format of this division to help expedite the events
Skill Level and Age Brackets:
Participants must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated player or above. Unrated players may be moved to a higher bracket if deemed appropriate by the organizers. In age-based brackets, the bracket is determined by the age of the younger partner.
Please note, the split-age open will be conducted as a round robin with a non-cash prize.
TD Authority:
The Tournament Director (TD) and Committee reserve the right to modify the format of any bracket, division, or level as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event. They also have the authority to change any rules or policies as needed.
