Dates & Divisions
• Saturday, December 13 – Men’s Doubles (anticipated 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, staggered start times by rating bracket)
• Sunday, December 14 – Women’s Doubles (anticipated 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, staggered start times by rating bracket)

Format
• Round robin pool play followed by playoffs (specific format based on number of entries per division).
• Minimum of 4 matches guaranteed per team (depending on bracket size and total signups).
• Round robin matches: single game to 11, win by 2.
• Playoff rounds: single game to 11, win by 2.
• Medal rounds: best 2 of 3 to 11, win by 2.
• Top teams from each pool advance to playoffs, semifinals, and finals.
Entry Details
• Entry Fee: $30 registration, $10 event fee.
• Open Registration Deadline: Saturday October 25 - Thursday, November 13
Equipment
• Balls: Franklin X-40 (yellow).
• Nets: Permanent and semi-permanent nets on Pickleball Courts 1–10.
Additional Notes
• Check-in begins 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
Anticipated start times (official start times released following registration close):
3.0: Morning
3.5: Late Morning
4.0: Afternoon
• Use any open court for warm-up prior to games.
• Light refreshments and beverages provided.
• Medals awarded for top finishers in each division.
This will be a DUPR recorded tournament.
