FEES:

Before June 1st, 2024: Early Bird Registration Fee $50.00

After June 1st, 2024: Registration Fee $60.00

Event Fee: $30.00 per event

Schedule of Events

Tuesday, October 8th / Women's Doubles Seniors (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+)

Wednesday, October 9th / Men's Doubles Seniors (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+)

Thursday, October 10th / Mixed Doubles Seniors (50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80-84, 85+)

Friday, October 11th / Men's & Women's (12+ & 35+)

Saturday, October 12th / Mixed Doubles (12+ & 35+)

Ratings: 1st: UTPR, 2nd: PBR, 3rd: Self Rating (This is not a DUPR tournament, but the Tournament Director has the right to look at someone's DUPR and move them brackets accordingly.

Playing Format: Double Elimination

Events will first by combined by 10 year age gaps if there are not enough teams to make a double elimination bracket. If that still does not make a competitive bracket or compromises the skill level of the brackets around them events that have 4 or less teams will be Round Robin (Only Tues, Wed, Thurs)

Tournament Director has the right to combined brackets by age or skill on any day. Senior days we will combine by 10 year gaps first if needed; example 50+, 60+, 70+, 80+, and then by skill level.

Friday and Saturday's Events WILL BE combined by skill if there are not enough teams in either bracket. There will be no round robin events on Friday or Saturday, if your event does not have enough teams to make a competitive bracket it will be combine per tournament director discretion. Medals will not be separated out on Friday and Saturday events if brackets are combined.

A players spot is NOT SECURE unless you have a partner listed and BOTH partner's are PAID IN FULL!!!!!

Refund Deadline:

Full Refund minus $15.00 processing fee will be issued before August 1st, 2024.

50% Refund will be issued before September 11th, 2024, after this date no refunds will be issued.

Refunds may take up to 20 business days to process.

All refunds will need to be requested when a player withdraws. Refunds are not automatically given.

The software system does not allow fees to be transferred to another player. If you have a player coming in as a sub they will need to register and pay pickleballbrackets.com processing fees.
