Life Time members registration cost is $40 and each Men's/Women's/Mixed Doubles and singles event is an additional $10.

Non Life Time members registration cost is $60 and each Men's/Women's/Mixed Doubles and singles event is an additional $10

This is an indoor tournament and will be played inside the Life Time Troy location on 3 dedicated pickleball courts.

Playing in Amateur Events:

* Players may only play in one event per day.

* Brackets will be filled on a first come basis.

** As a waitlist develops, we will be managing bracket sizes to accommodate demand.

** Therefore, bracket maximums may be adjusted from registration opening to day of play.

FORMAT OF PLAY:

All events will be round robin (pool play- Games until 11) with playoffs. All teams/players will play a minimum of 4-6 games. Round robins will consist of a minimum of 4 teams/players and a maximum of 6 teams/players. Top 4 teams/players will advance to a playoff. If a bracket consists of more than 2 pools of 6 teams/players, there is a potential for 6 teams/players to advance to playoffs. Scoring for round robin will be 1 to 15 by 2. Medal matches will be games until 15

*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be applied to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the afternoon prior to the event.

For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then the player can take your spot for tournament play; a new registration payment would need.

*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
