Tournament Description

Registration & Ratings

Registration is handled through PickleballBrackets.com, with ratings based on DUPR.

Eligibility is based on your DUPR rating at the time of registration. Any rating changes afterward do not disqualify you from your division.

Players may never play down a division.

Players are encouraged to compete at their DUPR rating level. You may “play up” a division, but only within 0.5 points of that division’s rating requirement.

If players are caught using incorrect/multiple DUPR accounts the tournament director has the right to move players to correct brackets or terminate their registration without a refund.

Event Schedule:

Note: Divisions may be adjusted based on the number of player registrations.

Friday September 11th - Singles Men's and Women's (Any and 50+ Divisions)

Saturday September 12th - Genders Any age and 50+

Sunday September 13th - Mixed Any age and 50+

Additional Information

The tournament reserves the right to adjust player or team placement if participants are registered in a division that does not accurately reflect their skill level.

To secure your spot in Mixed Doubles or Men’s/Women’s Doubles, both partners must register within 6 days of the first partner signing up. If not, the team may be moved to the waitlist—either after the 6-day window or when registration closes, whichever comes first.

If the second partner registers later and there are still openings in both the tournament and the event, the team will be moved back into the bracket.

Please note: Player capacity is limited, and registration will automatically close once the maximum number is reached.

The tournament will follow a round robin format, with a minimum of 5 games guaranteed. Top teams will advance to the playoffs.

Refund Policy

A non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software fee will apply to all registrations:

• $5 for one event

• $10 for two or more events

Refund Policy:

• From first day of registration through August 25th, refunds will be issued minus a 20% of the total payment.

• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after September 1st, 2026—no exceptions.

All refunds will be processed the day after the tournament concludes.

Please Note: This is an indoor event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to a power outage or other circumstances beyond the control of the club or tournament director, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
