Please note that the tournament software charges all participants mandatory, NON-REFUNDABLE service fees. Neither the tournament directors nor the venue have any control over these fees and they are non refundable in case of withdrawal.
Participants must compete at the skill level of the higher-rated player or above. Unrated players may be moved to a higher bracket if deemed appropriate by the organizers. We will be using DUPR to calibrate our divisions. Players who do not sign up for the event that matches their DUPR rating may be moved to the appropriate skill level.
Tournament management reserves the right to use Overall, Gender, Mixed, or Career High DUPR ratings when determining division eligibility and may move players to ensure competitive balance.
Player Skill Level Adjustment: In the event that players are deemed to be competing in a division that does not match their skill level, the director may move players or teams into a more appropriate division to maintain the integrity of the tournament and provide fair competition for all participants.
Organizational Authority:
The Tournament Director and Committee reserve the right to modify the format of any bracket, division, or level as necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event. They also have the authority to change any rules or policies as needed. This adaptability is essential for responding to unforeseen circumstances and for enhancing the tournament experience for all participants.
