All events will follow a Round Robin format with playoffs to determine Gold, Silver, and Bronze medalists.

Brackets will be organized by skill level and age group.

We use PickleballBrackets.com with rating rules based on DUPR. If you're able to register for a division, your rating qualifies you for that level.

You CANNOT play down for any reason, you will be moved to the correct division.

You can always play up but only .5 above (example a 3.8 player can play the 3.5 and the 4.0 Division but cannot play the 3.0 or the 4.5)

Event Schedule:

• Friday, July 3rd: Singles Divisions – Any Age and 50+ (4 guaranteed games)

• Saturday, July 4th: Genders Doubles Any Age and 50+ (5 guaranteed games)

• Sunday, March 5th: Mixed Doubles – Any Age and 50+ (5 guaranteed games)

Note: Divisions may be adjusted based on the number of player registrations.

Additional Information

The tournament reserves the right to adjust player or team placement if participants are registered in a division that does not accurately reflect their skill level.

To secure your spot in Mixed Doubles or Men’s/Women’s Doubles, both partners must register within 6 days of the first partner signing up. If not, the team may be moved to the waitlist—either after the 6-day window or when registration closes, whichever comes first.

If the second partner registers later and there are still openings in both the tournament and the event, the team will be moved back into the bracket.

Please note: Player capacity is limited, and registration will automatically close once the maximum number is reached.

The tournament will follow a round robin format, with a minimum of 4 games guaranteed. Top teams will advance to the playoffs.

Refund Policy

A non-refundable PickleballBrackets.com software fee will apply to all registrations:

• $5 for one event

• $10 for two or more events

Refund Policy:

• From first day of registration through June 15th, refunds will be issued minus a 20% of the total payment.

• No refunds will be given for withdrawals after June 15th—no exceptions.

All refunds will be processed the day after the tournament concludes.

Please Note: This is an indoor event. In the unlikely event of a cancellation due to a power outage or other circumstances beyond the control of the club or tournament director, 50% of the total payment will be refunded.
