Refunds will be given to those who withdraw before registration closes on January 7, 2026. Refunds will also be given to players that remain on a waitlist after tournament completion. All other refunds will be based on the Tournament Director’s discretion.
*Replacement Players/Subbing* Entry fees may be transferred to a replacement player/sub of similar skill level at any time up through the morning of the event.
For Example: A player won’t be able to attend the tournament but has a replacement/sub. Can the replacement/sub take my spot? Yes, only if the player is of similar level, then the sub can take your spot for tournament play; payment would need to be worked out amongst yourselves.
*Refunds will be processed after the tournament is over and can take several weeks to process.
