This is a fundraising Tournament with all proceeds going to help expand the Y's community outreach and initiatives!
Lunch on Saturday and Sunday is included.
The match format will be Round Robin, either 2 out of 3 games to 11 or 1 game to 15. The actual match format will be based on bracket size.
The start times for each day are as follows:
Friday 1pm: men's singles, women's singles
Saturday 9am: women's doubles, men's doubles
Sunday 9am: mixed doubles
Additional Information
The first event is included in registration cost; each additional event is $10.
** Please make sure your partner registers as well and is paid by the closing of the registration period.
Registration Dates:
Early Registration is $40 (plus events) from 7/04/2024 thru 8/1/2024.
Normal Registration is $50 (plus events) from 8/1/2024 thru 8/23/2024.
Late Registration is $60 (plus events) from 8/23/2024 until 8:00am, 9/8/2024.
A team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player and the age of the younger player. If you do not have a rating and are self rating, please advise the tournament directors. Tournament directors will have final say in self-rating.
The tournament directors reserve the right to combine or split brackets as necessary.
Refund Policy
No refunds for withdrawal will be issued after September 8th 2024. Withdrawals before September 8th 2024, receive a refund of registration fee minus a $10 fee. PB service fee will not be refunded.
In case of inclement weather resulting in cancellations of events, no refunds will be offered.
