IMPORTANT SCHEDULING NOTICE – POSSIBLE DATE CHANGE
Life Time Galleria has been selected as the weather contingency site for the SEC Men’s Tennis National Championships. Because of this designation, the pickleball tournament may be pushed back to May 5th if the SEC event is relocated to our club due to rain.
We are serving as the reserved backup location should the championships require indoor coverage. During this period:
- All court reservations are considered temporary and subject to change
- Court availability will be communicated 8–24 hours in advance of any cancellation
- Members are welcome to watch SEC matches free of charge
We appreciate your flexibility and understanding as we support this major collegiate event while still aiming to deliver an exceptional tournament experience for all pickleball participants.
PARKING:
We are located on level L3 in the Orange Garage, 5100 W. Alabama, Houston, TX, in the Galleria. Look for the Life Time Tennis signage. There is no fee for parking.
RATINGS:
DUPR and Pickleball Bracket Ratings will be reviewed and evaluated for all registrants. The right to assess all players and reassign them to the appropriate event is reserved by the tournament director. ALL SCORES WILL BE RECORDED IN DUPR AND PICKLEBALLBRACKETS.
PRIZES:
Prizes and Recognition: Each 1st place winners receive GEN V Joola Perseus Paddle and Medal. 2nd and 3rd place winners receive medals.
Social Gathering: Beyond the competitive aspect, enjoy a vibrant social atmosphere where players and spectators can connect, share stories, and celebrate the love of pickleball.
