All proceeds go to UF Club Pickleball however anybody is welcome to play!
The tournament will take place August 23-24 at Trinity United Methodist Church.
Trinity has 6 dedicated pickleball courts with permanent nets
We have 2.0-5.0 brackets that will be round robin style for seeding to 11 win by 2 followed up by single elimination to 15 points win by 2.
Moneyball (Open) will be pool play for seeding to 11 win by 2. It is followed up by single elimination to 15 win by 2 to but medal matches will be 2 out of 3 to 11 win by 2.
All games are won by 2 points.
Split age must have one person over 50+ and the other person can be of any age.
For Moneyball Opens limited by DUPR it will be based on the combined DUPRs of both players when they sign up. For instance, if it was a 9.5 and below if both people were a 9.495 DUPR before signup and are a 9.55 after they will still be eligible.
Each team must play at the skill level of the higher rated player or higher and the age of the younger player. Age is calculated as of 12/31/2025.
Skill levels are: 2.5 and below, 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5, and 5.0. We will be using self-rating; PLEASE BE COURTEOUS TO OTHERS AND ACCURATELY RATE YOURSELF.
Brackets will be assigned designated courts for the entire bracket. Teams will return to the tournament desk after their bracket has been completed to determine winners and present medals. Medals awarded to top three teams in each category.
No matches at this tournament will have referees. This tournament is not sanctioned by the USAPA.
