FORMAT: Round Robin. Brackets may be split into two or more pools (depends on the size of the draw). In this format you will play all other teams in your bracket or pool.
GIVE-AWAY: Each registered player will receive a 26 oz. aluminum sports bottle with logo/Geezer Meister imprinted on it.
CREDIT CARD STATEMENT: Please note that your credit card statement will display "SPRUCECREEKCLUBS." That is, indeed, for your Geezer Meister Pickleball Tournament registration/event cost.
Additional Information
The tournament reserves the right to merge, split and/or move players and teams between skill levels.
For a guaranteed spot in mixed doubles or doubles, your partner must register and pay within 21 days of your registration. Incomplete teams will be moved to the waiting list automatically after that 21 day "grace" period. Once the second partner registers, the team will be moved back into the event if there are spots remaining in the tournament.
Refund Policy
Please note that the service fee of $5 (if playing one event) or $10 (if playing in 2 or 3 events) is non-refundable. That service fee, new in 2023, is applied to ALL players playing an event on PickleballTournaments.com or PickleballBrackets.com.
For withdrawals on or before September 30, there will be an additional $10 processing charge that will not be refunded. That simply covers the cost/handling of credit card processing.
No refunds or credits for withdrawals after September 30, 2024 for any reason.
