Welcome to GPA Alpharetta Saint Patrick's Day Open. This is a Georgia Pickleball Association Sanctioned Tournament.

The Registration fee for this tournament is $40 and includes one event (Mixed Doubles, Women's, or Men's Doubles). Additional events are $10 each.

The format is Double Elimination with a consolation match for teams that go 0-2. Therefore, All teams are guaranteed 3 matches. Winners Bracket and Medal Games will be 2 out of 3 games to 11 by 2 points. Losers Bracket and Consolation games will be one game to 15 by 2 points.

For Brackets with less than 6 teams we will use a Round Robin Format. Brackets with 5 teams will play a single Round Robin 4 games to 15 by 2. Brackets with 4 teams will play a double Round Robin 6 games to 11 by 2.

All Entries receive a FREE T-Shirt. $5 Fee for sizes XXL, XXXL, and XXXXL.

All Entries are required to be a member of the Georgia Pickleball Association (GPA). The GPA registration fee is a one-time $20 fee for the calendar year. GPA membership allows players to play in all GPA sanctioned tournaments and leagues. GPA will maintain GPA ratings and GPA rankings for all players. GPA strongly encourages all players to also become members of USA Pickleball. GPA anticipates holding 15 to 25 tournaments in 2021, including the GPA State Tournament, GPA Indoor State Tournament, and a Tournament of Champions. The one time GPA membership fee can be paid when registering for the event. Players can check their ratings at PickleballBrackets.com. Cancellation deadline is 9pm March 1st , 2021. No refunds for any reason after that date. Cancellations prior to that date are subject to a $10 administration fee. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner has registered and all fees have been paid in full.

If the tournament is cancelled due to COVID restrictions or directives from government authorities, we will credit your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses toward a future GPA tournament.

If the tournament is cancelled due to weather prior to the start of the tournament, we will credit your registration fees less any prorated incurred expenses toward a future GPA event.

If an event has STARTED and is cancelled due to weather there will be no refunds or credits. We will make every effort to complete any event that has been started. Tournament Director reserves the right to change format, shorten games, or make any other changes they feel will help complete the event.
