Girls on the Run reaches girls at a critical stage, strengthening their confidence at a time when society begins to tell them they can’t. By participating in this charity tournament, the net proceeds will go to benefit this organization and support their programs that inspire all girls to build their confidence, kindness and decision making skills.

This will be a round robin tournament featuring Women's Doubles and Men's Doubles. Skill levels include 3.0, 3.5, 4.0 and 4.5. If registrations are low in specific skills, the Tournament Committee reserves the right to merge groups as needed.

Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place teams. The order of finish will be determined by (1) total matches won; (2) results of head-to-head competition, and then by (3) point differential.

Registration is online only and is not complete until BOTH partners have registered and paid. If a partner has not completed their registration within 7 days of the first partner registering, the team will be automatically moved to the waitlist.

The Tournament Committee reserves the right to place players in the Skill Group based on their pickleballbrackets, DUPR, or USAPA rating and/or round robin group participation. We have the right to make changes to the tournament to change and alter the format depending on the number of registrations received.

Play times may start as early as 8am. Specific start times for each event will be posted by the Wednesday prior to the event and are subject to change.

Players who register and withdraw before October 18 at 12pm will be refunded minus a $10.00 administration fee per event. There will be NO refunds after October 18 for player cancellations/withdrawals. Please note that PickleballBrackets.com charges an additional $5 non-refundable service fee per event with a $10 cap. This fee is directed through the software and is outside of our control.

T-shirts for players who are registered by October 18.

This event is outdoors with no indoor backup option. Every effort will be made to play all events even if it means a delay to start times, or altering the format to get all events in. There are no refunds if the event is cancelled due to weather. Arrangements will be made to pick up your swag bag and shirt if the event must be cancelled.
