Welcome to the Global Indoor Spring Pickleball Tournament.

Global Pickleball Club is hosting a non-sanctioned round robin tournament, indoors at Global Fitness and Racquet Centre, Kelowna, BC. All games will be to 15, win by 2, with the top 4 teams advancing to playoffs. Events with 2 pools will have pre-medal matches and events with 1 pool, 1st & 2nd will play for gold and silver, 3rd & 4th will play for bronze, all games to 15, win by 2. All games will be played with the Franklin X ball and will be non-officiated.

Events with 3 teams registered will default to a double round robin to ensure that everyone plays as much as possible. The tournament registrar reserves the right to combine events based on registrations.

Friday April 4 will be Mixed Doubles, 3.0 60+, 3.5 60+ and 4.0 60+. Players who register in these three age 60+ events can also register for the Mixed Doubles Age any events on Sunday April 6, however priority will be given to players/teams who did not play on Friday. Mens and Women's Doubles will be on Saturday April 5. Mixed Doubles, Age any events will be on Sunday April 6 for all skill levels.

The Tournament Director has the right to modify event formats and categories (including skill levels and age groups) as needed depending on registrations.

We encourage all pickleball players, no matter what level you play, to find a pickleball partner and sign up, come out and enjoy a fun, competitive round robin tournament against players of the same skill level. This tournament is open to all players, however Global members will have advanced registration.

All players must have a Pickleball Canada membership and a Pickleball Brackets profile to register. Tournament results will count towards players DUPR rating.

RATINGS UPDATE: The visible ratings within Pickleball.com, Pickleball Tournaments and Pickleball Brackets have changed to DUPR. In the background of these programs, your existing Pickleball Brackets Ratings are still accessible for tournaments. For this tournament we will be using your existing Pickleball Brackets Rating as the first parameter, then DUPR and thirdly self rating if you do not have an existing rating.

Players who register and need a partner, or whose selected partner has not registered, have 3 days to complete registrations. After 3 days, incomplete registrations will be moved to a waiting list.

If you need to withdraw from the tournament after tournament registration has closed, please contact globalindoorpickleball@gmail.com.

Refunds will be issued for withdrawals until the tournament registration closes on March 21, at 7:00 pm. Withdrawals after March 21, 7:00 pm will NOT be refunded (no exceptions).

All refunds are subject to a $15.00 administration fee.
