Welcome to the Global Indoor Pickleball Tournament, sponsored by Selkirk Sport.
Global Pickleball Club is hosting a non-sanctioned round robin tournament, indoors at Global Fitness and Racquet Centre, Kelowna, BC. All games will be to 15, win by 2, with the top 4 teams advancing to playoffs. Events with 2 pools will have pre-medal matches and events with 1 pool, 1/2 will play for gold and silver, 3/4 will play for bronze, all games to 15. All games will be played with the Selkirk Pro S1 ball and will be non-officiated.
Events with 3 teams registered will default to a double round robin to ensure that everyone plays as much as possible. The tournament registrar reserves the right to combine events based on registrations.
Singles will be Friday November 1 starting at 4:30. Mens and Women's Doubles will be on Saturday November 2 and Mixed Doubles will be on Sunday November 3.
The Tournament Director has the right to modify event formats and categories (including skill levels and age groups) as needed depending on registrations.
We encourage all pickleball players, no matter what level you play, to find a pickleball partner and sign up, come out and enjoy a fun, competitive round robin tournament against players of the same skill level. This tournament is open to all players, however Global members will have advanced registration.
All players must have a Pickleball Canada membership and a Pickleball Brackets profile to register. Tournament results will count towards players Pickleball Brackets rating.
