2023 Grand Rapids Pickleball Club Championships

AUGUST 25, 26 & 27 2023

BELKNAP PARK

All participants must be a current member of the GRPC

Cost: $25 Registration and $10 Event Fee, Registration includes T-Shirt and a raffle ticket

Friday, August 25 - MEN'S & WOMEN'S SINGLES

Saturday, August 26 – MEN'S & WOMEN'S DOUBLES

Sunday, August 27 – MIXED DOUBLES

Skill Levels: 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5 and 5.0+ Divisions

Age Groups: 19+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 70+

The tournament will use a Round Robin Format, Ball – Franklin X-40 Neon

This is an OUTDOOR tournament with no indoor backup and no make-up date

Additional Information

You need to be a member of the GRPC to play in this tournament. You can join the club at www.grpickleball.com

Men's & Women's Singles will be on Friday, beginning around noon.

Men's & Women's Doubles will be on Saturday, beginning around 8am

Mixed Doubles will be on Sunday beginning around 8am

Volunteer Appreciation Day will be held on Saturday. This is in appreciation of the GRPC's outstanding volunteers. If you signed up to volunteer for the BEER CITY OPEN, Meijer State Games of MI, or the GRPC Championships please come to Belknap for a free lunch. If you did not volunteer you are welcome to join us for lunch for a small donation. All funds collected for lunch will go to the North East Community Ministries Food Pantry.

Volunteer Appreciation Day will also include a raffle with lots of great items up for grabs. At least 6 paddles, Tickets to U of M Football Games, BCO Yeti 1/2 Gallon Water Bottle and much more. All volunteers will receive a free ticket for each shift they registered for. Additional tickets will be available for purchase during the event.

The deadline for refunds is August 18th at 11:59 PM EST

Drawing for the raffle prizes will take place Sunday afternoon after the final event check-in.

Refund Policy

Pickleballbrackets.com charges a $5 service to anyone who registers for any amateur tournament. This fee is not refundable. The GRPC will withhold a $5 Admin Fee for any refund. Refunds will be allowed up to August 18th, after that there is no guarantee of a refund.
