- Maximum of 6 teams per bracket - more may be added depending on other brackets
- A minimum of 4 teams per bracket or pool.
- Waitlist available for additional players should bracket size change or players withdraw.
All divisions will be Round Robin format. The number of teams advancing to playoffs will depend on the number of teams registered.
Round Robin - 1st to 11, win by 2
Pre-medal playoff - 1st to 11, win by 2
Medal rounds - Gold/Silver best 2 out of 3, 1st to 11, win by 2. Bronze 1st to 15, win by 2
NOTE: This may change if registration is not full, potentially allowing for more teams to move to playoffs
ADJUSTMENTS:
- The Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify brackets based on registration numbers and combine age and/or skill levels as needed.
Teams will be guaranteed 5 games if all divisions are full (6 teams). Changes may be made if divisions are combined. If more than 6 teams per division, teams will be split into pools and therefore game guarantees may be reduced to 3 games.
The divisions dates for the tournament are as follows:
Men's Doubles - Saturday, Sept 19th
Women's Doubles - Saturday, Sept 19th
Mixed Doubles - Sunday, Sept 20th
