Hattiesburg Pickleball Tournament benefitting USM Wesley and Young Life will be played April 12 - 14th.

USM Wesley and Young Life are devoted to introducing adolescents and college students to Jesus Christ and helping them grow in their faith. We are excited to produce a pickleball tournament that will embody the family, fun we bring to all our events. Get ready to have a pickleball experience like no other.

Hattiesburg Pickleball Tournament... "Where Something BIG Is Happening"!

24 Outdoor Courts. Tennis Court Surface. Temporary Nets. Selkirk Pro S1 ball.

All brackets will be ROUND ROBIN. Some will have additional playoff bracket depending on registration.

Events will be: Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles, Mixed Doubles and an Offspring Open (family fun event on Friday night for any combination of immediate family to play together: Mother/Son, Father/Son, Sister/Brother, Sister/Sister, Brother/Brother etc.)

Brackets will be separated by age and then skill level. You may play DOWN in age and/or UP in skill at your discretion. Be sure to register for your preferred age/skill level and check your current Skill Rating on Pickleball Brackets & DUPR. If you do not know what skill level to register for, seek the advice of more experienced players or contact the Tournament Director.

Planned Age Divisions: 12+, 35+, 50+, 60+, 65+, 70+

Planned Skill Divisions:

2.5-2.99 (beginner/recreational)

3.0-3.49 (novice)

3.5-3.99 (intermediate)

4.0-4.49 (intermediate +)

4.5-5.00 (advanced)

Brackets generally would need to have a minimum of 5 teams or else they will be combined with similar skill levels. Some brackets may be combined due to number of registrations at the discretion of the TD.

5:00pm - 9:00pm - Offspring Open - Come cheer on your family and friends as they compete with family members against other offspring teams!

Saturday, April 13

8:00am - 6:00pm - Men's & Women's Doubles

Sunday, April 14

8:00am - 6:00pm - Mixed Doubles

Additional Information

Registration includes a FREE T Shirt! Register by February 1, 2024 to guarantee your shirt size. Registrations after February 1, 2024 are first come, first serve for shirt sizes.

Please note that there will be a registration "Service Fee" charged for each registration of $5.00 for 1 event or $10.00 for 2+ events. This is a non-refundable fee charged by the website.

Withdrawals made before the cancellation deadline of March 1, will receive a full refund, less the nonrefundable service fees. No refunds will be given for withdrawals after the cancellation deadline.

This is an outdoor tournament in Mississippi, so please plan accordingly. In the case of inclement weather, every effort will be made to play the games on their scheduled days, however, adjustments may be necessary, and no refunds will be given once an event has begun.
