Event Fees:

$75 per player, per event.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT:

All events will feature a round-robin format, followed by pre-medal and medal bracket matches:

Pool Play: Games to 11 or 15 (win by 1), depending on pool size.

Medal and Pre-Medal Matches: Games to 15 (win by 2).

Championship Matches: Best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (win by 2).

**Please note: All events are subject to change or modification as needed.**

Registration and Partner Policy:

All players must register with a partner and complete payment at the time of registration. Teams with unpaid players or without registered partners will be moved to the waitlist if their spot can be filled by fully registered and paid teams.

Partner Replacement Policy:

If you need to replace a partner after registration has closed, email info@dinkdynamics.com no later than 6 PM, two days before the event to update your team information. Replacement partners must belong to the same skill/age group as your original registration.

DUPR Requirement:

DUPR is mandatory for all matches. To ensure your results are uploaded immediately, please link your DUPR account to your Pickleball Bracket profile.

Age Requirement:

Participants must be 18+ or older.

Refund Policy:

Players withdrawing by Thursday, December 12, 2024, will receive a full refund, minus a $20 cancellation fee.

If a player is waitlisted or unable to participate due to a partner’s withdrawal or non-registration, a full refund (excluding the $5 Pickleball Brackets admin fee) will be issued within 7-10 days after the tournament.

Pickleball Brackets admin fees ($5 per event, max $10 per player) are non-refundable, even if the event is canceled or rescheduled.

No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason after December 12, 2024.
