📣 Tournament Overview

Heroes P.I.C.K.L.E. Classic (Protectors Inspiring Community Kindness, Leadership & Excellence) is a competitive pickleball tournament open to anyone honoring First Responders who embody service, leadership, and excellence both on and off the court.

This event brings together competition, community connection, and a shared appreciation for those who serve. While First Responders are at the heart of this tournament, all players are welcome to participate and support the mission of P.I.C.K.L.E.

• Partners must register together for doubles

Events offered in:

• Men’s Doubles

• Women’s Doubles

• Mens's & Women's Doubles (💰💵Open Prize Money Divisions 💵 💰)

• Mixed Doubles

• Men's & Women's Singles (💰💵Open Prize Money Division 💵 💰)

(Divisions may be combined or adjusted based on registration.)

• Tournament Director reserves the right to adjust format, scoring, or scheduling based on weather, time constraints, or registration numbers

🎯 Divisions:

• Skill Levels (Doubles): 3.0, 3.5, 4.0, 4.5+

• Open Division Prize Money Divisions: Men's & Women's Singles + Gender Doubles

• Age Divisions:

• Under 49

• 50+

• 60+

• 70+

• Younger partner determines the age division

• Tournament reserves the right to combine or split divisions based on entries

• Registration Opens: June 6th, 2026

• Registration Closes: August 23rd, 2026

Fees

• $70 Registration Fee (includes two events)

• $15 Third Event

• $5 Software Fee per event (non-refundable)

Requirements:

• Partners must be named at registration

• All players must complete required waivers

• Valid ID required at check-in

• Medals awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place teams in each division

Official Ball

• JOOLA HC-40 (USAPA-approved pickleball)

This tournament proudly honors First Responders, including:

• Law enforcement

• Fire rescue

• EMTs and paramedics

• Healthcare professionals

• Dispatchers

Their service and dedication are recognized and celebrated throughout the event.

Refund Policy

Withdrawals / Refunds

• Withdrawals submitted on or before September 7th, 2026 will receive a full refund, less a $5 processing fee

• After September 7th, 2026, no refunds will be issued

• There are no refunds for events canceled due to inclement weather or any other unforeseen circumstances

• Refunds will be processed only after registration closes and will be issued back to the original form of payment whenever possible. If not possible, a check will be issued

• Refunds will be processed within 14 days following the conclusion of the tournament

• Players who remain on the waitlist and do not get into the tournament will receive a refund after the event has ended

Partner Replacement Policy

• If a registered player loses a partner, they must replace that partner with an already registered player

• The replacement partner must fall within the same skill and age division originally registered. Players may play down in age and up in skill if needed

• Replacement details must be submitted to the Tournament Director by 6:00 PM the day before the scheduled match

• Any replacement requests made after 6:00 PM the day before play will be reviewed at the discretion of the Tournament Director

• Players seeking a partner may use the “Players Needing Partners” list located at the bottom of the event’s main page

Prize Money

💰 Open Prize Money Divisions

Add an Open Prize Money Division for just $30 per event.

🏆 Doubles: 1st Place Team wins $400 cash

🏆 Singles: 1st Place wins $200 cash

🥈 2nd Place: FREE registration to the next Heroes P.I.C.K.L.E. Classic

Open divisions are open to all skill levels and ages.

Weather

🌧️ Weather Policy

All matches will proceed as scheduled unless the Tournament Director determines that weather conditions are unsafe for play or could cause damage to the courts or facility.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to suspend, delay, or modify play as needed due to weather conditions.

No refunds will be issued for weather-related cancellations.
