Introducing the HISPORTS TOUR: CASH Payouts for ALL Skill Levels!

We are thrilled to announce the HISPORTS TOUR – the only tour in Canada to offer cash payouts at every skill level! This premier tournament series will feature four exciting events throughout the year, with the first stop at our Oshawa location from March 5-9, 2025.

The tournament will take place on 12 dedicated pickleball courts and feature a vibrant Pickleball Village offering the latest merchandise from JOOLA, HISPORTS, and more, alongside food, refreshments, and music from a live DJ!

Tournament Fees:

Registration: $70

Fee per event:

Doubles: $15

Singles: $15

Pro Events: $70

Your spot is not guaranteed in your event until both partners are registered and paid in full. Both partners have 5 days to register before being placed onto the waitlist.

Player Information:

We welcome players of all levels with categories from 3.0 to PRO and age divisions of 19+, 35+, and 50+.

Perks:

All participants will receive an exclusive HISPORTS T-shirt upon registration.

Aspiring Pros:

Register for the Pro Qualifiers Division to earn a spot in the Pro division.

Pro Qualifier matches will be held on the morning of the main events.

NEW Junior Divisions:

We’re excited to introduce divisions for Under 18 Girls, Boys, and Mixed players!

Spectator Experience:

Join us on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to watch Canada’s top pros battle for a share of the $5,000–$10,000 prize pool.

Prizes:

Cash Prizes & Medals will be awarded at every division, from 3.0 to PRO. For amateur divisions, cash prizes will be awarded to 1st place only. In PRO divisions, cash prizes will be awarded to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Referees & Volunteers:

We are looking for dedicated individuals to assist during the event. If you are available to referee or volunteer from March 5–9, 2025 contact us via Pickleball Brackets or email hisportstour@hisports.ca.

Referee Rates (Pickleball Canada Standards):

L1: $7 per match

L2: $10 per match

Certified: $15 per match

All medal matches will be refereed, with efforts made to referee as many matches as possible.

IMPORTANT - On your player profile, make sure you have 'receive in game text messages' checked to 'YES' AND Cell Carrier should be selected. This is how you will receive your game notifications and court assignments. Please keep your phone close to you and be aware of getting a TEXT for your next matches and results. Failure to show up to the match will result in a default. Please arrive 30 mins prior to the start of your event.

For AMATEUR participants, the HISPORTS Tour will offer competitive Mens/Women Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Singles events, for each age category (19+, 35+, 50+). Amateurs will play a ROUND ROBIN pool play leading into a 4-team play-off, allowing for competitive games while maximizing court time for participants.

PRO players will have a chance to shine in the Mens/Womens Doubles, Mixed Doubles, and Singles categories on our showcase grandstand courts. The format for the PRO events will be DOUBLE ELIMINATION, promising intense competition throughout the tour. Prize pool payouts will go to 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place finishers.

Scores will be submitted to DUPR at completion of the tournament.

Events will be combined if there are less than 5 teams in Doubles and less than 4 players in Singles. Depending on the number of registered players/teams in each event, we will combine events either based on skill or age to provide the best overall playing experience, given the circumstances.

February 5, 2025 - CANCELLATION DEADLINE (for refunds minus a $25 withdrawal fee)

If you withdraw before the CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a full refund (with a $25 processing fee deducted).

Absolutely no refunds after February 5, 2025 for any reason including injury and unforeseen circumstances.
