Action-packed matches and top-level competition with players from the Maryland, Virginia, and North Carolina!

Tournament Info:

There will be Skill & Age Divisions in Men's and Women's Doubles, and Mixed Doubles.

Age Divisions: 5+, 35+, 50+, 60+, Split-Age

Skill Divisions: 3.0+, 3.5+, 4.0+, CASH EVENTS

Gold, silver, and bronze medals will be awarded to the top 3 teams in each bracket.

Tournament Dates and Event Schedule:

- Friday, Dec. 18th: Men's and Women's Doubles Split-Age with Cash Events: 4.0+ and 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP Brackets (Age: 1 player under age of 50 / 1 player 50 or older)

- Saturday, Dec. 19th: Men and Women’s Doubles with Cash Events: 4.0+ and 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP Brackets

- Sunday, Dec. 20th: Mixed Doubles with Cash Events: 4.0+ and 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP Brackets

*Full Bracket Schedule & Start Times will be released the week of the tournament.

Tournament Fees:

The first 50 people to register can save $15 by using code EarlyBird15.

Early Registration Fee is $50!! This ends on Mon. 11/1/26.

Semi-Early Registration Fee is $60. This ends on Tues. 12/1/26.

Regular Registration Fee will be $65. Registration closes on Sunday, Dec. 13th @ 11:55pm.

The registration fee is per player and includes tournament sponsor giveaways.

Event fees are $10 per event for all Skill & Age events. Cash Prize events are $25 per event. There will also be a Pickleball Brackets non-refundable service fee of $5 per event or a maximum of $10 when registering for 2 events or more. This Pickleball Brackets and Admin fee ($20) are Non-Refundable. It does not matter when you withdraw.

For doubles events, priority will be given to teams that have both partners registered. Teams with only one partner registered and teams with no designated partner will be waitlisted. To secure your spot in a doubles bracket, please make sure that both you and your partner are registered.

The tournament will take place at the Picklr Williamsburg indoor pickleball facility!

There is plenty of space for the best views of all the courts. Chairs are permitted outside the courts.

Rules & Format:

This is not a USAP sanctioned event; however, all 2026 USAP rules will apply.

CAM Ohana Pickleball adheres to the guidelines set forth in the USA Pickleball Rulebook. All gameplay, officiating, and judgment decisions during our events are based on these rules to ensure consistency and fairness for all players.

We encourage all participants to familiarize themselves with the USA Pickleball Rulebook to understand the standards and expectations that govern our games.

In addition, CAM Ohana operated tournaments only allows paddles on the USA Pickleball approved paddle lists. It is the player's responsibility to ensure their paddle is currently approved for amateur tournament play.

If a player is found to be playing with an unapproved paddle, they will be told to replace the paddle with a USAP approved paddle. If the same player is found a second time to be playing with the unapproved paddle, they will be removed from the tournament, no questions asked.

Additionally, players discovered to have two or more DUPR accounts may be subject to withdrawal from the tournament at the discretion of the tournament director.

Players with multiple DUPR accounts should contact support@dupr.com to have their accounts merged.

All Skill & Age brackets will be Round Robin with Pre-Medal round and Medal Matches to be played immediately following the completion of Round Robin play.

Round Robin games will be 1 game to 15 win by 2 or 1 game to 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools.

Pre-Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2

Bronze Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.

Gold Medal matches will be 1 game to 15 win by 2 or best 2/3 games to 11 win by 2 depending on the size of the bracket and/or pools.

The Tournament Director reserves the right to merge or change the format of the brackets in order to make for meaningful play.

Ball:

• Franklin X-40 Optic color outdoor ball. Per the updated 2026 USA Pickleball rules, please do not wear predominately bright green or yellow apparel or you will be asked to change.

Refund Policy

NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS OR WITHDRAWALS after December 13, 2026. Consideration will only be given for extenuating circumstances; please contact us for review.

There will also be a Pickleball Brackets non-refundable service fee of $5 per event or a maximum of $10 when registering for 2 events or more. This Pickleball Brackets and Admin fee ($20) are Non-Refundable. It does not matter when you withdraw.

ALSO: Registration fee cannot be "transferred" to another player. Entry fee will be considered a charitable donation.

CASH PRIZE FOR SKILL LEVEL EVENTS LISTED BELOW:

Saturday:

1. Men's Double - 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP

3. Women's Doubles - 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP

4. Women's Doubles - 4.0 to 4.49 / Any Age

Sunday:

1. Mixed Doubles - 9.5 MAX DUPR TEAM CAP

2. Mixed Doubles - 4.0 to 4.49 / Any Age

NOTE:

1. A minimum number of teams (12 for each bracket) will be required for a full cash prize for each event bracket.

2. Each division breakdown of dollars will be awarded as follows:

Gold = 50%

Silver = 30%

Bronze = 20%

3. Prize money is dependent on sign-ups and may change proportionally based on sign-ups.

(If a division is half full then the prize money would be half.)
