Holiday Hit, Powered by Dink Festivals- INDOOR TOURNAMENT

When: Saturday, December 9th 2023

Where: The PutAway 254 Najoles Rd Suite A-K, Millersville, MD 21108

Start Time: 8 AM (athlete report times will vary throughout the day)

Registration Fee: $65 per athlete. There are no refunds after November 20, 2023.

Block Schedule with division and event report times will be released on November 27th.

All registered players will receive an athlete gift.

There will be an area players lounge where light snacks and water will be provided.

This is a Round Robin style tournament with champion medal rounds. Medals will be awarded for the top three teams in each bracket Champion (gold)/Runner-Up(silver)/Third Place(bronze).

Players may warm up on open courts before the start of play. We will have additional outside courts available for warm up as well (Wear Layers) Players arriving after start of play will be allowed a 5-minute warm up prior to the start of the event.

All players will need to attend a player briefing meeting before the start of play.

USAPA 2023 rules will apply.

Outside Food is allowed and alcohol is permitted in the facility by persons 21 and over.

INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY -

This is an indoor tournament and will take place in the event of rain. Any other conditions requiring the cancellation or postponement of the event will be determined the day before the event.
