Tournament Description

Holiday Attire is encouraged!!

Non-Members: $60

Life Time Members: $50

- Make sure your member ID is in your profile to ensure member pricing! (Club must be Life Time Columbia on your profile)

Full divisions will result in a 7 game minimum per team!

Format:

Round robin games to 11 win by 1

The #1 and #2 seed will advance to the gold medal match

The #3 and #4 seed will advance to the bronze medal match

Gold/Silver: Game to 15 win by 2

Bronze: Game to 15 win by 2

4.0+ Prize Money - Visa Gift Cards will be rewarded to the winners!

Important Information for Life Time Fitness Pickleball Event Participants

Access to the Club:

Life Time Fitness Columbia is a private club. Only event players and club members are permitted to enter the facility.

Guest Policy:

Non-members wishing to bring a guest will be able to bring one guest with them. Beyond the first guest, non-members would be responsible for a one-day guest fee of $50.

Food and Beverage:

Outside food and beverages are not allowed. Participants are encouraged to bring their own water bottles, as cold water fountains are available in the pickleball area. For other food and beverage options, the on-site café will be open and available to all event players during the event. Please be aware that coolers and large food containers will not be allowed entry.

We appreciate your cooperation with these guidelines, as they help us host high-quality pickleball events and provide an exceptional experience for all participants. Thank you!

Refund Policy

Pickleball Bracket Fees are non-refundable.

Withdraws must be completed a week prior to the event to be subject to a refund.

No refunds will be accepted following Dec. 13th 11:59pm.
