Holly Jolly Pickleball Challenge
Tournament Description
Welcome to the Holly Jolly Pickleball Challenge, open to all members of Pickleball Canada aged 16 and over. This is a level 4 sanctioned tournament and as such, PCO’s sanctioning criteria will be followed and results will be used in player ratings.
Scheduling is as follows:
Women's doubles skill: 3.499 and under, age : 50 and above 8:00 am start.
Men's doubles skill: 3.4 and under, age: 50 and above 8:00 am start
Men's doubles 3.4 and below age: 49 and under 10:15
Women's doubles skill 3.4 and under age: 49 and under 10:15
Men's doubles skill: 3.5 and above, age: 49 and under 1:20
Women's doubles skill 3.5 and above age: 50 and above 1:20
Women's doubles skill 3.5 and above age: 49 and below 4:30
Men's doubles skill: 3.5 and above, age: 50 and above 4:30
There is a max of 6 teams in each group. Teams will play a round robin with 4 teams advancing to a single elimination play off. Pools that have 6 teams will play 1 game to 11 win by 2 in round robin. Pools that have 5 teams will play 1 game to 15 win by 2 in the round robin play, medal games will be 1 game to 15 win by 2.

skill : 3.499 and under, ages 49 and under Start: 8:00 am
skill : 3.499 and under, ages 50 and above Start : 10:00 am
skill : 3.5 and above, ages 49 and under Start: 11:00 am
Skill 3.5 and above , ages 50 and above Start 2:50 pm
There is a max of 10 teams in each age group, split into 2 pools of 5
Teams will play a round robin with 4 teams from each pool advancing to a single elimination play off.
Round robin games will be 1 game to 15 win by 2. Bronze 1 game to 15 win by 2 , gold 1 game to 15 win by 2
Players, please activate "receive texts " when you are registering for the tournament.
Additional Information
Divisions and age groups subject to change due to registration numbers.
Please bring your own lunch and snacks as there is no food service available in the school.
There are convenience stores , restaurants and hotels very close to the school
Tournament registration fee- $35.00
Event registration per person- $15.00
If you do not have a current rating you will have to go into pickleball brackets and create a profile and self rate
Refund Policy
Refunds are offered up until the close of registration, November 27.

Parking in Birchwood Intermediate school, no fee Use the gym entrance to the school on Birchwood Street, which is off Longworth Avenue. The gym is just inside to door. Please, indoor sneakers in the gym only. Washrooms are across the corridor from the gym.
