The HUB is hosting our DUPR Spring Tournament Series starting in mid April. This is a large scale tournament divided into multiple days throughout the season. Each day will be comprised of two to three divisions. The tournaments are located at our Silicon Valley location and played on premium indoor courts. All scores will be entered into DUPR.
You will have the opportunity to compete in Doubles and Singles events with a variety or levels and gender options.
For these tournaments, players will need to have a DUPR rating within these guidelines. If you do not have a DUPR rating, then self rating is used with tournament director approval. We are implementing maximum ratings for divisions of 0.5
Games will be a round robin format with top 4 teams proceeding to playoffs & medal rounds. 1st, 2nd & 3rd place teams will receive medals.
Pool play will be 1 game to 11, win by 2. Medal matches will be 1 game to 15. Championship match will be 1 game to 15 or best of 3 games to 11.
Depending of the number of registrants, format may change to have multiple pools that cross.
*Flexibility on singles tournaments if player does not have a singles rating, they may register for any division. Doubles DUPR rating may be higher. Sign up for a reasonable level.
For doubles teams, established teams will have priority over single players looking for partners.
