Welcome to the Feb 2025 Tournament of Hudson River Pickleball club, held at our indoor facility with 7 full-sized (30ft x 60ft) courts!

The tournament will include men’s/women’s doubles, mixed doubles, and men’s/women’s singles, levels 3.0 to 4.5+. The format will be round robin in the group stage, with the advancing teams going into a single-elimination bracket. Each team will have a minimum of 4 matches and all matches will be entered into DUPR. Top 3 places of every event will receive medals.

When a player signs up for a doubles event, his or her partner must register and pay within 7 days of that time or else the team will be moved to the waitlist.

The registration deadline is Thu, Feb 20, 2025. Please email us at tournaments@hudsonriverpickleball.com if you want to register after the deadline and we can try to accommodate you.

Pricing Information:

• Registration: $50 (early bird), $60 (regular), $70 (late)

• Each event: $20

• PickleballBrackets.com fee per event: $5

For tournament ratings, we will rely on self-ratings for this tournament. We reserve the right to move players to different events at our discretion in order to provide the best tournament experience.

Brackets may be combined if not enough teams are signed up in a given event. If necessary, multiple skill levels may be combined. If a bracket has 3 teams or less, this bracket will most likely be combined with another bracket.

Start times will not be announced until registration closes! This is because the number of signups for each event will determine when we can start each bracket. We need to know the final number of entrants for each event in order to determine the most efficient start times to keep the day running as smoothly as possible.

For cancellations, please note that the pickleballbrackets.com fee of $5 per event is non-refundable (they charge this fee to us immediately without any refunds). For registration and event fees, full refunds minus the pickleball brackets fee of $5 per event will be offered before Feb 9. Any cancellations on Feb 10 or later will not be refunded.
