MAKE A TRIP OF IT!

Held in the heart of bourbon and horse country, there are plenty of things to do within close proximity to the tournament site. We hope visitors from out of town get a chance to enjoy the many tourist friendly sights and festivities this region has to offer.

The tournament features a series of outdoor round-robin matches.

Event Schedule: Friday (9am-7pm) - Men's and Women's Singles (Friday)

Friday (9am-7pm) - Men's and Women's SENIOR Doubles and Singles (50/60 and above)

Saturday (9am-7pm) - Men's and Women's Doubles (Saturday)

Sunday (9am-7pm) - Mixed Doubles (Sunday)

Sunday (9am-7pm) - Men's and Women's MIXED SENIOR Doubles (50/60 and above)

Tournament Cost: $60 registration

$10 event fee

*There is a PB service fee of $5 per event with a max of $10

These PB service fees are nonrefundable if withdrawn from tournament

FOOD AND DRINK

We will have complimentary snacks, waters and sports drinks for players.

They were also be a food truck on site at specific times.

Tournament site is very centrally located near an abundant of food options

FORMAT

We want you to get as much playing in as possible. Format will be as follows:

Round Robin to Elimination Playoffs

Pool Play: 1 game to 11 or 15 (depending on # of teams in pool) win by 2

Elimination rounds to 15.

Medal matches plan to be both 1 to 15 or best 2 out of 3 games to 11 (depending on division)

(weather could play a part in changes if confronted with)

Medals will be awarded out for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place.

Louisville Pickleball Cup guarantees at minimum 5 games to 11 or 4 games 15 per event

BRACKETS CHANGES

Events may be merged by age or skill based on number of registrations. Registering for this tournament means you accept that this may happen.

Even if age or skill level events merge, you will still be eligible to qualify to the UPA World Championships under what you originally signed up for.

PAYMENT/PARTNER POLICY

Players must be paid and have a registered and paid partner to be confirmed. Players not paid and without registered and paid partners will be moved to a wait list if the division in which a spot is being held is filled with fully registered and paid teams by 9/13/24

CANCELLATION AND PARTIAL REFUND POLICY

Must cancel before 9/12/24 (will still incur a $5 processing fee)

If you withdraw after CANCELLATION DEADLINE ABOVE, you will be issued a refund

(with a $20 processing fee deducted)

All withdraws PAST September 22nd will be NON-REFUNDABLE

*Injury withdraws will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

**NO MATTER WHAT, you will NOT be refunded Stripe fee and PickleballBrackets.com event fees.

$ OPEN DIVISION $

Prize money will be awarded to top 3 teams in OPEN DIVISIONS for Men's Doubles, Women's Doubles and Mixed division.

1st Place - $700 per team


2nd Place -$300 per team


3rd Place - $150 per team

**MUST HAVE AT LEAST 10 teams in a bracket for that Open Division to payout, pay adjusted if under 10**
