Photo release: If you are registered and under the age of 18 and do not want to be photographed, please sign a Photo Waiver at the event desk on the day of event and let your Tournament Director know.
If you registered and are over the age of 18, and registered for the event your photograph may be used for a variety of promotional purposes by Huntington Beach High School and/or Surf City Pickleball Society.
As a registrant in the pickleball event organized by Huntington Beach High School Girls Tennis Program and Surf City Pickleball Society you are acknowledging and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk: Playing in this event have inherent risks to a variety of injuries. The registered player understands and accept these risks, including but not limited to physical injury, strains, or accidents that may occur during the event.
You might consider consulting with a healthcare professional before playing in this event. You confirm physically fit and capable of participating in the tournament.
Personal Responsibility: Registrants are responsible for their own behavior and safety for the event.
COVID-19 Considerations: In light of ongoing health concerns related to COVID-19, registrants should comply with any health and safety protocols established by local recommendations. Such as social distancing, and other preventive measures.
Liability Waiver: By participating in this event, you will be required to sign a release of waiver.
