The days of sitting at a tournament for hours waiting to play and then sitting a while between matches are over. In this format your bracket will play during your 2.5 hour block. Lots of pickleball but not a lot of sitting or waiting. You will know when your bracket will start and when it will end.

This DUPR-sanctioned event promises thrilling matches, a professional tournament experience, and unforgettable memories.

TOURNAMENT DETAILS:

Guaranteed Play: Every team is guaranteed at least 6 rounds of play, with a chance to play up to 8 rounds if you advance to the top 4 in your bracket.

PLAYERS NEEDING PARTNERS

Players without a registered partner can sign up as "Needing a Partner" through the pickleballbrackets.com system. This feature allows other registered players to see who is seeking a partner and reach out directly through the platform.

Please Note: Tournament Directors and Pickle & Social staff will not arrange partners for players. This service is provided solely as a resource for players to connect independently.

If a player does not secure a partner and wishes to withdraw, they must withdraw by the posted withdrawal deadline to receive a refund, minus the administrative fee.

APPROVED PADDLES

To maintain fair play and competitive integrity, only paddles approved by USA Pickleball and UPA will be allowed for use in the tournament. If a paddle is not on the approved list, it cannot be used.

To provide peace of mind, we offer Tournament Insurance covering withdrawals due to injury, or family emergencies.

Full Refund Guarantee: If all events are missed due to qualifying circumstances, players who purchased tournament insurance will receive a 100% refund of their registration and event fees.

Important Dates & Terms:

Cancellation Deadline: 11 PM on February 7, 2025. Cancellations made before this date are subject to a $15 administration fee.

No Refunds: After February 7, 2025, no refunds will be issued unless tournament insurance has been purchased.

Non-Transferable Fees: Registration fees are non-transferable.

All refunds will be processed within 7 days of the tournament's completion. Your spot in the tournament is not guaranteed until your partner registers and all fees are paid in full.
