ILADD, Inc. was formed in 2019 to provide housing, enrichment/educational programs, and social options that enable adults with developmental or intellectual disabilities (IDD) to live in homes of their own and enjoy fulfilling and meaningful lives in their communities.
We envision inclusive communities and inspired programs that foster interdependent living, personal enrichment, and lifelong friendships and these are often built through programs like our Self-Advocates Group, Community Service Club, and Social Outings.
Our initial project, Crossbridge Point, will be a neurodiverse neighborhood of small homes in the Zionsville, IN area that embodies home, choice, and security for adults with IDD.
In Indiana, there are more than 45,000 adult residents with IDD, far more than there are safe, affordable, supportive residential options designed to accommodate their needs and wants throughout their lifespan.
